Sales Tax

The amount of sales tax will be calculated on state and local sales tax rates for the shipping address.

Shipping

Standard shipping for most items is 7 - 14 days after processing orders. Some items, due to the fact that they are handmade, may take up to 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. We only ship by US Postal Service. Prices are as follows:

Return Policy

Special Delivery Baby Shop wants to ensure your happiness with every order, so we offer a 30-Day Return Policy on every order, unless otherwise stated. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which can be obtained by calling 1-630-232-8980 or emailing sdbaby@special-deliverybaby.com. The RAN is good for 5 days after receiving it and must be sent within the 5 days. Returns that are authorized, a store credit will be issued unless otherwise stated. Credits will be applied as follows:

  1. All unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging returned within 30 days of receipt will be credited 100% of the purchase price minus actual shipping and handling charges and coupons, if applicable.
  2. Any opened items that have NOT been used but are still in their original packaging with original tags ATTACHED may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a credit of 80% of the purchase price minus actual shipping and handling charges and any coupons, if applicable. All opened or used items MUST BE RETURNED IN THE STORE ONLY and cannot be returned via the Internet or mail.
  3. Strollers and Car Seats cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased and Sent to customer.
  4. All authorized returns will be given a Store Credit which is good for 90 days unless otherwise stated.

Rules & Guidelines

  • All shipped orders with incorrect address information as a result of customer error will be charged a surcharge to cover all shipping costs.
  • All closeout merchandise, Custom, Personalized and any other merchandise specially marked or made is not returnable.
  • Any personalized item and Custom items placed with incorrect information as a result of customer error cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be re purchased.
  • Please write your RAN on the outside of your return packaging. If we cannot see the RAN we will refuse delivery.
  • Please send all returns via an insured and trackable carrier with signature confirmation to:

*Special Delivery Baby Shop customer service reserves the right to refuse or deny any return upon final review if all previous guidelines have not been met. Special Delivery Baby Shop may update this return policy at any time.

Defective, Damaged or Missing Items

Please e-mail or call one of our Customer Service Representatives at sdbaby@special-deliverybaby.com or 1-630-232-8980 within 15 days of delivery so we can do our very best to quickly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
